Timestamp files, data, documents, and more. Prove the originality and time of existence of any digital asset.

Carbon Proofs allow anyone to prove that they had access to (and control of) any digital file at a certain point of time. We do this, by encrypting the file in question with a password that only the file owner knows. This file is then uploaded to IPFS and finally the IPFS hash is stored in the Zilliqa blockchain as an immutable record.

In the future the file owner can easily prove they are the file owner by using their password to decrypt the file.

The ability to prove these things is very important. For example, you could quickly verify the credentials of your lawyer or doctor. Prove that you were the original artist of a particular piece of art. Prove that you did indeed get a diploma at a certain university. A business could prove that an audit was done on a particular date and has not been altered since.

Demonstrating data ownership without revealing the actual data.

You can publicly reveal the digest and if conflict arises you can prove you had the data that generates the digest. Useful for copyrighted material, patents, etc.

Document Timestamping

You can prove certain data exists at a certain moment in time. As we use the Zilliqa blockchain to store the document proof, you can certify the existence of your document without the need of a central authority.

Validation of document integrity

The smallest of change in any document will alter its hash and therefore you can verify if the document has been altered in any way.

Create Tamper Proof Logs

A fundamental requirement for reliable auditing is the integrity of the log entries. By regularly recording these log entries as a proof, you can be assured of being able to provide verifiable logs as and when needed.

Create Verifiable Certificates

Every proof you create comes with its own Certificate that records metadata that can be used to provide evidence of content, age and ownership of the associated digital asset.
